OUR COTTAGES ARE RENOVATED AND SHIPSHAPE FOR THE SEASON

Picture the perfect seaside setting that echoes the charm of Nantucket. Overlooking the famous harbor, our cottages are located right on Swain's Wharf and Old South Wharf. Each accommodation offers modern coastal-style furnishings, a full kitchen, Turkish towels, robes, and comfy slippers.

Situated on Straight Wharf, our loft accommodations comes complete with all the luxury amenities of the cottages, including the Loft overlooking the entire Nantucket Harbor. We greet each guest at the Hy-Line ferry and provide transportation via golf cart to check-in on Old South Wharf when you arrive. For your convenience, pets are welcome at The Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin. Guests will be charged a non-refundable fee of $65 per night, per cottage, for up to two dogs. Studio Cottage

Located on the marina, our cottage these Studios feature an open plan space with king bed, full kitchen, full bathroom and deck area with outdoor seating. Two dedicated complimentary Priority Bicycles with each studio.

One Bedroom Cottages

Located on the marina, our one Bedroom cottages feature one master queen Bedroom, a full kitchen, dining and living room with queen pull out sofa, and a full bath with luxury bath amenities. Two complimentary bikes are included with Upper Mermansion.

Deluxe One Bedroom Cottages

These two-level cottages sleep a maximum of four. Overlooking Nantucket Sound, they offer a queen bed in Loon, a king bed in John Jay, queen pull out sofa, 1.5 baths, a large open living/dining area with full kitchen and private deck with outdoor seating. Two bikes are included with each cottage.

Two Bedroom Cottages

Each with their own special attributes, these Two Bedroom Cottages are perfect for up to 6 guests. Two Bedroom have queen master Bedroom, a second Bedroom with two Twin Beds, full bathroom, living room with queen sofa bed with outdoor space or patios with seating.

Three Bedroom Cottages

Our spacious three Bedroom cottage features a master Bedroom with a queen bed and two additional bedrooms that can each be customized to contain either two twin beds or one king bed. The cottage also comes with a living area with a pullout sofa, a full kitchen and dining area, two full baths, and a small deck and a patio. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Studio Loft

Seek modern comfort perched along the edge of the harbor, ripe for exploring everything Nantucket has to offer. Our studio loft comes with a comfy queen bed, a large bathroom with shower and luxury bath amenities, a microwave and mini-fridge, Sleeps 2 people maximum.

Lofts are not included in recent renovations but all have newly renovated bathrooms.

One Bedroom Loft

Breathe in the fresh coastal air and greet your day above the harbor. Our one Bedroom is an open plan concept with master queen Bedroom, full kitchen, living area with queen pull out sofa and large deck with seating overlooking the Gazebo.

Lofts are not included in recent renovations but all have newly renovated bathrooms.

Two Bedroom Loft

Our expansive two Bedroom lofts come with a main Bedroom with either a king or queen bed, and a second Bedroom with two twin beds. Each spacious loft also come complete with a full kitchen, living room with queen pull out sofa and private outdoor space with seating.

Three Bedroom Loft

This Two level Three Bedroom loft is perfect for up to 7 guests. Two bedrooms have queen beds, a third bedroom with two twin beds, 2 full bathroom, living room with queen sofa bed. There is no out door area with this loft.

Lofts are not included in recent renovations but all have newly renovated bathrooms.

Reservation Policies

The Cottages & Lofts are non-smoking rentals. Quotes are for single or double occupancy and may change without notice. Rates are subject to an 11.7% tax, which includes both state and local occupancy taxes. Minimum stay may be required. Prepayment is required and cancelation penalties apply. All deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less 10% of deposit. Within 30 days of arrival the deposit is 100% non-refundable. Room rates vary with size and availability. Vacancies caused by early departures are considered to be cancelations. Pet fee is $65 per night for up to two pets.
