Ideal for couples and families, these accommodations are just steps from Nantucket Town and the grocery store. Magnificently perched overlooking the Nantucket Harbor, The Cottages are located on Swain's Wharf and Old South Wharf, and the Lofts are on Straight Wharf. You'll find the lofts come complete with kitchens and luxurious amenities such as fine linens and flat screen TVs.

The Cottages & Lofts is a non-smoking inn.
- Quotes are for single or double occupancy and may change without notice.
- Rates are subject to an 11.7% tax, which includes both state and local occupancy taxes.
- A minimum stay may be required.
- Prepayment is required and cancellation penalties apply.
- All deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less a $25 processing fee.
- Pet fee for Woof Cottages is $60 per 5 nights
- We accept major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and Discover.
- Room rates vary with room size, location, and availability.
- Vacancies caused by early departures are considered to be cancellations and full payment of reserved stay is expected.
