Nantucket Lodging Features

A truly unique seaside experience awaits you at The Cottages at Boat Basin. Our accommodations consist of 24 Nantucket waterfront cottage rentals and five new deluxe lofts. Enjoy waterfront views, full kitchens, and complimentary bicycles (first-come, first-served) and Beach Bus at our Nantucket Island lodging. Ideal for couples and families, our Nantucket Island lodging is just steps from the center of town. Our accommodations all feature fine linens, comfortable furnishings, and a wide array of amenities.
The Cottages & Lofts at the Boat Basin, Nantucket Rooms
As guests of The Cottages & Lofts, you'll also be treated to special amenities, and 15% food discounts at our sister hotel restaurants - Brant Point Grill and TOPPER'S (Spring and Fall only.) And for guests with four-legged friends, our pet-friendly Woof Cottages are sure to please with pet friendly amenities which include a special pet welcome basket, pet bed, food and water bowls, litter box, personalized pet tags, dog walking services and a directory of vets and pet stores. We greet guests at the Hy-Line ferry and provide transportation via golf cart to check-in on Old South Wharf.

Magnificently perched overlooking the famous Nantucket Harbor, The Cottages are located right
on Swain's Wharf and Old South Wharf. Each cottage offers stylish casual furnishings, a full
kitchen, HD flat screen TV's, air conditioning, plush linens, Turkish towels, robes and comfy
slippers.

Nantucket Lodging - Lofts


Situated on Straight Wharf, our loft spaces come complete with the luxury amenities of the
Cottages, including the Crow's Nest loft overlooking the entire harbor.

Nantucket Island Lodging Rooms

Studio Cottages

Starting Rate: $195 per night
Located on the marina, our cottage studio rooms feature an open bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen and dining area, pullout sofa, free Wi-Fi, full bath, and a deck.

Studio Loft

Starting Rate: $195
The studio loft comes with a queen bed and day
bed, a large bathroom with shower, along with a microwave and mini-fridge.

One Bedroom Cottages

Starting Rate: $175 per night
Located on the marina, our one bedroom cottages feature one master queen bedroom, full kitchen and dining/living room, full bath, free Wi-Fi, and a deck or patio.

One Bedroom Loft

Starting Rate: $175 per night
The one bedroom loft overlooks Harbor Square on Straight Wharf and comes with a master queen bedroom, full kitchen, living area with pullout sofa, free Wi-Fi, and a large deck.

Two Bedroom Cottages

Starting Rate: $495 per night
Our deluxe two bedroom cottages feature a main bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with two twin beds, complete with plush linens. These cottages include a full kitchen and dining area, living area with pullout sofa, full bath, patio, free Wi-Fi, and a deck or patio.

Two Bedroom Lofts

Starting Rate: $495
The two bedroom lofts come with a main bedroom with either a king or queen bed, and a second bedroom with either one or two twin beds. The two bedroom lofts comes with a full bath, full kitchen, dining area, living room with pullout sofa, and a great view.

Three Bedroom Cottage

Starting Rate: $660
Our spacious three bedroom cottage features a master bedroom with a king bed and two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds. This cottage also features a spacious living area with pullout sofa, full kitchen and dining area, two full baths, and a small deck and patio.

Three Bedroom Loft

Starting Rate: $660
The three bedroom loft comes with a master queen bedroom, and two second floor bedrooms with two twin beds and a king bed, a full bath, full kitchen and dining area, and living room with an amazing harbor view.
All rooms are non-smoking.

Reservation Policies

The Cottages & Lofts are non smoking rentals.
Quotes are for single or double occupancy and may change without notice.
Rates are subject to an 11.7% tax, which includes both state and local occupancy taxes.
A minimum stay may be required.
Prepayment is required and cancellation penalties apply.
All deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less 10% of deposit.

Vacancies caused by early departures are considered to be cancellations.
