The Cottages consist of 24 renovated cottages with one, two and three bedrooms; studio cottages are also available, including the new Crow's Nest overlooking the entire Boat Basin. Ideal for couples and families, the Cottages are located in the heart of Nantucket Town and offer waterfront locations or water views. The Cottages at the Boat Basin are located directly on the docks at Swain's Wharf and Old South Wharf. Surrounded by the beautiful harbor waters, these Cottages are usually stand alones or part of a duplex.
New Addition to The Cottages
The Lofts at the Boat Basin
We're pleased to announce that we have totally renovated five new Lofts located on Straight Wharf. These studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom Lofts come complete with kitchens and luxurious amenities such as fine linens and flat screen TVs. In addition, when you stay at any of The Cottages or The Lofts at the Boat Basin, you'll receive 15% off breakfast, lunch, and Sunday Brunch at White Elephant's Brant Point Grill. Some restrictions apply.

* Provisioning service: Your shopping list will be coordinated by our Advance Concierge and Front Desk. Items requested will be placed in your Cottage by 3 pm on day of your arrival. No alcohol or tobacco can be purchased. An 18% service charge applies and will be added to the retail cost of your items. Two night minimum stay required for this service which is available June through Labor Day. |
Many of the Cottages have private balconies or terraces. All of the Cottages offer a nautical ambiance with polished pine floors and striking colors of marine blue, white and classic Nantucket red. The stylishly casual furnishings and natural fabrics contribute to the feel of a private, seaside home. Bedrooms provide a cozy environment with pitched roof lines and dormer windows. The bathrooms have been remodeled with slate floors and white tiled bathtubs/showers.
