2009 Season Rates
The Cottages and Lofts reopen for the season from April 9 - November 1 and then Thursday - Sunday only until December 7. To ensure the greatest selection in dates and room types, please make your reservations well in advance. Also a limited number of Cottages are designated as pet-friendly, so please ask about our Woof Cottages. Travel Tip: We recommend using the high speed Hy-Line ferry for your travel to Nantucket. Our friendly staff will be awaiting your arrival on Straight Wharf where the Hy-Line docks. If you are staying at The Cottages we will transport you via our golf carts directly to check-in and then on to your Cottage. The Cottages are located just steps away on Old South Wharf and Swain's Wharf. If you are staying at one of The Lofts on Straight Wharf, we'll personally welcome you at the dock, handle your luggage, escort you directly to your Loft and hand you your key card - you're automatically checked in. New Lofts at the Boat Basin
The new Lofts at the Boat Basin are located on Straight Wharf. Each Loft is uniquely different in configuration with studio, one, two, and three bedrooms available. In addition, two Lofts are located on the same floor and can be sold together to provide four bedrooms three baths. In each Loft, you'll enjoy every convenience imaginable with full kitchens, except the studio, Phebe, fine cotton bed linens, bath amenities, complimentary high-speed Internet, I home clock radio with IPod hookup, HD/LCD flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room, daily housekeeping, in-room safes, complimentary use of bicycles, provisioning prior to your stay (in-season), and shuttle service to Surfside and Jetties Beaches with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and towels (in-season).

Reservation Policies
- Published room rates are subject to availability and are exclusive of holidays.
- Quotes are for single or double occupancy and may change without notice.
- Rates do not include state and local taxes.
- A minimum stay may be required.
- Rates not applicable to groups
- Prepayment is required and cancellation penalties apply.
- All deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less a $25 processing fee.
- Pet fee for Woof Cottages of $35 per stay.
- We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and Discover.
